A Wellness Doula helps one hold space through a difficult time or transition in their life. A Holistic Health Educator is a supportive mentor who works with clients to help them feel their best through food and lifestyle changes. Health and Wellness educators tailor individualized wellness programs to meet their clients’ needs. Why a holistic model, because I support the belief that relationships, exercise, career and spirituality are just as important to your health as the food you eat or the medication that you take; therefore, I have chosen to take an approach that supports awareness of the whole person.
As your Wellness Doula and Holistic Health Educator, I will listen carefully and help you navigate through the necessary changes needed to help you achieve success in your personal life. This learning environment is tribal and spiritually based and may incorporate ancient healing and other supportive techniques from various cultures. I believe that any road to healing must first start in the mind and the heart; this is often the seat to ones spiritual connection to self. Trinity Rainâ„¢ provides a healthcare model that focuses on the whole person by addressing healing through the mind, body and spirit.
Various ancient healing techniques from different cultures are used throughout this program and is referenced in the educational material used in courses and coaching sessions, and live - in person sessions, this is not intended to offend any other culture, faith or practice but is designed to show the foundation and achieve the mission and vision of Trinity Rain â„¢
