Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: Once a payment has been processed, the client/buyer/participant is responsible for payment. Due to the nature of the digital product and the immediate access to the wellness program, once payment has been rendered, all sales are final with no refunds. No Shows, Reschedules, and Late Arrivals: Each client/participant is responsible for showing up on time. Although we do try to send out appointment reminders this is courtesy service. We are not responsible for reminding you of your scheduled sessions or consultations. We do ask that you come to your scheduled sessions/consultations distraction free. Please Note: Christian counseling is not a substitute for professional mental health care, psychotherapy, or medical treatment. While faith and spirituality are central components of our approach, clients are encouraged to continue working with licensed mental health professionals or healthcare providers for diagnosis, medication, or crisis intervention when needed.
