A one on one phone call session with client. Information shared during a Holistic consultation will focus on physical, spiritual and nutritional healing. For clients who choose this route over a package please note that all Lifestyle data analysis occurs on the call. This session is completely a one time session and does not come with items listed in packages.

Reiki Session
Reiki is an ancient holistic healing modality which works through the energy field to bring balance and harmony to one's entire being. We use symbols, mantras, focused awareness, concentration, Spirit Guides, crystals, sound, and aromatherapy to create balance and harmony in the emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual bodies. Reiki looks similar to what some call "laying on of hands"; it uses natural tools to manipulate the subtle energy fields, the chakras and the aura. It can be used when one is physically present or from a distance. This powerful form of healing will activate a detoxing process within the client to restore order to any areas which may be experiencing imbalance.
Reiki is an energy healing technique used for relaxation and stress reduction. It transcends both time and space and works cumulatively over time. Regression Therapy Session
Regression therapy is dedicated to uncovering things from your past that may be contributing to your current mental state or harmful habits. There are two types of regression therapy: Age Regression therapy and Past Life Regression therapy. The first type is designed to target things that may have happened during your childhood, and the second type is to help you resolve issues from your past lives.
Although there are many ways to conduct regression therapy, our sessions assist you in a deep meditation which puts you in a relaxed state that allows you to access and evaluate memories that you usually aren't aware of or that you have forgotten or repressed.
Regression Therapy taps into the unlimited power of our subconscious mind to heal the past. This effective technique helps us achieve the freedom to move forward in our lives.

Yoni Steam -Chi Balance
Yoni Steaming, also known as Vaginal Steaming, is the holistic practice of using the warmth of a gentle herbal steam to permeate the exterior of the vagina. Reflexology Session
In reflexology, pressure is applied to specific reflex points on the foot. These points correspond to organs and areas of the body. The treatment usually focuses on the feet, but it can also include the hands and ears.
Reflexology can address anything from headaches to sinus problems to stomach issues. Foot Detox

Navel/Ear Candling
Navel candling is also known as stomach or tummy candling. A hollow herbal candle is lighted and placed over the belly-button. When receiving a remote healing or distance healing session, you are encouraged to still lie down or sit down at a pre-arranged time, just like an in-person session, yet some clients will still choose to do errands, such as washing their dishes, during this time. Your Reiki practitioner will go to their space at the same time and work on your energy body (which she/he can sense).
